Information about the LTC delisting

Dear Users,
“City Pay Gate” JV LLC hereby announces the commencement of the delisting of Litecoin (LTC) from the list of supported crypto-assets. This decision has been made as part of CityPay’s optimization of its supported crypto-asset portfolio and operational activities.

Key dates and conditions
From the date of publication of this notice: • purchases of Litecoin (LTC) are no longer available; • deposits/receipts of Litecoin (LTC) to addresses provided through the CityPay service will be discontinued; • Users holding Litecoin (LTC) may sell their LTC or withdraw it to an external address. The sale and withdrawal of Litecoin (LTC) will remain available until 23:59 on 6 October 2026, Uzbekistan time. From 00:00 on 7 October 2026, support for Litecoin (LTC) will be discontinued and standard operations involving LTC through the CityPay service will no longer be available.

What Users need to do
Users holding Litecoin (LTC) are advised, before the above deadline, to: • sell their Litecoin (LTC) using the available functionality of the service; or • withdraw Litecoin (LTC) to an external address that supports this crypto-asset. Before making a withdrawal, the User must independently verify the accuracy of the external address and ensure that it supports the Litecoin network.

LTC balances after delisting
CityPay will not automatically sell, exchange or convert Users’ Litecoin (LTC) into USDT, fiat currency or any other crypto-asset. If a User does not sell or withdraw Litecoin (LTC) before the specified deadline, information regarding the relevant balance will remain recorded in CityPay’s accounting systems. The User may subsequently contact CityPay Support regarding further handling of such balance. Any such request will be processed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the applicable Public Offer and CityPay’s internal procedures.

CityPay recommends that Users holding Litecoin (LTC) do not postpone the sale or withdrawal of their LTC until the final day.
Thank you for your understanding. “City Pay Gate” JV LLC
